Today I went to the beach, and was reminded of the benefits of walking barefoot on the sand. Not only does it feel great on your feet and you get a bonus exfoliation, but the instability of dry sand makes your feet and calf muscles work harder, building strength and burning kilojoules. If you get tired, walk on wet sand, which is easier (and cooler!)
Do you walk barefoot on the sand much?

Good day! I know this is kinda off topic however , I’d figured I’d ask.
Would you be interested in exchanging links or maybe guest writing a blog post or vice-versa?
My website covers a lot of the same subjects as yours and I think we could greatly benefit from each other.
If you happen to be interested feel free to send me
an e-mail. I look forward to hearing from you! Awesome blog by the way!

It’s hard to come by educated people in this particular subject,

Thanks
